Our founder built her career at one of the world’s top professional services firms, but with a master’s in global social work, she came into consulting with a perspective that differed from the corporate mold. We know that slick slide decks don’t solve real problems, and that clients are far more than dollar signs or metrics to hit every quarter. We treat the organizations we work with as true collaborators and experts with world-changing potential. We are a “collective” to reflect our belief that real change is most powerful when it’s built in community.
